Gourmet stuffed tomatoes

  • Take 5-6 tomatoes and scoop out the flesh and seeds.
  • Separately cook small barnyard millets in a pan.
  • Season the millets with lime juice, salt and green chillies.
  • Once the millets are cooled, fill the tomatoes with the millets.
  • Just before serving, garnish with microgreens.
