Buckwheat crepes

  • Take 2 tablespoons buckwheat flour 
  • Add 1 tablespoon of red rice flour
  • Add salt
  • Add some vegan buttermilk or curd
  • Leave it for 15-20 min
  • The batter for the crepes is ready. Make crepes on a thick-bottomed cast iron pan.
  • Serve with your choice of filling.
